During Stage One, we'll start by hammering out the fine details of your idea. What type of company are you? What structure will you take on? Who's your target market? Most importantly, where do you want to go? And, how are you going to get there? No worries, you'll go through our full, intensive suite of labs to answer all of these questions and more.

Stage Two: Assembly
You’ve thought this through. You still haven’t gotten off the ground, but you have a solid idea and you’re ready to get started.
During Stage Two, we'll start by reviewing some of the basics, and make sure that you have an in-depth business plan that allows you to focus on execution. Then, it's time to get moving, the fun part begins. We'll develop the logistics and physical aspects of your idea, really bringing it to life.
We can't wait to watch you take your first steps. You're in Stage Two.
Stage Three: Ready for Liftoff
You’re on your way to success. You have a small team, a website, a concrete idea, and you’ve already begun to learn. You might have had your first customer, or maybe you haven’t had any.
If you're in this stage, we'll make sure that you're ready for an influx of customers by reviewing your logistic protocols and financial needs, making upgrades as needed. Then, we'll shift our focus heavily towards marketing and outreach, to get customers in the door. A big part of this Stage is seeing what works and what doesn't, and knowing how to analyze then interpret that data.

take flight. Welcome to Stage Three.

You’re on your way to the Fortune 500. You know what you’re doing. You’ve got a decent amount of sales. You’re on your way up and need some help to keep on going and take from the skies to the stars.
This is a very modular stage. When you're here, the needs of each startup are unique. Maybe you need to better organize your leadership team, revise some outdated procedures, expand to new markets, or launch a new product. Maybe you need help connecting with new investors or organizing a fundraising campaign. The possibilities are endless!
